please i have issues with my SELECT BY LOCATION TOOL and THE PROCESSING TOOL.
I am trying my hands on the queries and it has become difficult for me.
How do i locate them both.

* Go to your Menu bar and click on the Plugins Menu
* Select Manage and Install Plugins which opens the Plugins box
* On the sidebar select the installed
* There is a system plugin called "Processing"...In your case, it is not checked so Kindly Check it

But there is another issue, In my shape digitizing tools I can not see the point and polygon tools.
the options there do not give those options.
when I click on both the point and polygon layers the LINE digitizing tool does not change to either point or polygon, so that i can digitize the towns and the Densu River Basin.
